One Call Group is an Australian lead-generation and job-matching platform for household, property and trade-service requests.
Customers describe the work once. We may then introduce that request to no more than three independent local businesses that appear relevant to the selected service and area.
Why the platform exists
Finding help can involve repeated calls, duplicated explanations and uncontrolled contact sharing. Our limited-distribution model is designed to make the first step simpler while leaving the hiring decision entirely with the customer.
Our role and limits
We do not perform trade or household services, employ tradies, supervise work or issue the final quote. We also do not guarantee that a professional will respond or be available.
Any work contract is directly between the customer and the independent tradie they choose.
Customer choice and verification
Before hiring, customers should compare the written scope and final quote, confirm the business identity and ABN, and verify any licence, registration, qualification or insurance required for the particular work.
