Independent tradies decide whether to respond, provide their own quote and contract directly with the customer. Customers must verify suitability before hiring.
1. Describe the job once
Choose the service and location, explain the scope and timing, and add useful details or photos. Accurate information helps independent tradies decide whether the request suits them.
2. Limited matching
One Call Group may send the request to up to three independent businesses selected for relevance to the service and area. It is not published as an open contact directory.
3. Compare direct responses
Tradies respond independently. Compare their availability, proposed scope, experience and written quote. You decide whether to hire anyone, and there is no obligation to accept an offer.
Pricing and final quotes
Any cost ranges shown on One Call Group are general estimates only, not exact pricing. Access, materials, urgency and site conditions can change the cost. The selected tradie must assess the job and provide the final quote.
Checks before hiring
Confirm the business name and ABN, ask who will perform the work, review the written scope and verify any licence, registration, qualification and insurance required in your state or territory.
Urgent and hazardous situations
You can mark a request as urgent, but matching and arrival times are not guaranteed. If there is an immediate threat to life, property or an essential utility, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility first.
